A written quotation arrives: price per kg, bale plan, lead time, payment terms, and the current batch's TDS. Sample dispatch is arranged on your approval.

The courier sample — 0.5–3 kg of the actual fiber, with its lab report — is at your door. Test it, then confirm the proforma to start the 2–4 week production clock.

FOB Chattogram or CIF to your port — we quote freight so your landed cost is clear up front.

Do I need to know the exact grade?
No. Tell us the application — spinning, rope, paper, composites — and the target spec if you have one. We recommend the grade and back it with the current batch's lab report.
Can I talk to someone in my timezone?
We work Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00 Bangladesh time (GMT+6), and answer email around the clock. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for buyers in Europe, the Americas, and East Asia.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Inquiry details are used only to prepare your quotation and are never shared. If you are a brand developing an undisclosed product, say so — we sign NDAs on request.
